Help for new moms at CCH , Julane Belcher, R.N., recently passed the exam offered by the International Board of Lactation Consultant Examiners to become a Certified Lactation Specialist (CLS). Belcher is a nurse in the Carson City Hospital Obstetrics Department, and the hospital’s first CLS.
