Ingham County Health Department will hold mass vaccination clinics ,

The Ingham County Health Department will hold mass vaccination clinics for the following high priority people who live in Ingham County:
•pregnant women,
•household members who live with infants under 6 months old, •children aged 6 months through 4 years old, and
•children, adolescents, and adults who have a medical condition that places them at higher risk for flu-related complications between the ages of 5 through 64 years old.*
*These individuals must bring documentation to verify their medical condition. Some examples are:
•a doctor’s note or prescription for the 2009 H1N1 vaccine
•empty pill bottle/inhaler that identifies the patient
•a medical bill or an old prescription
Mass Vaccination Clinic Schedule for those who live in Ingham County:
•Nov. 5, 2009 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. Hill Career Academy, Lansing
•Nov. 7, 2009 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Hill Career Academy, Lansing
• Nov. 10, 2009 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. Pattengill Middle School, Lansing
•Nov. 14, 2009 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Holt High School
•Nov. 17, 2009 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. Mason High School
• Nov. 19, 2009 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. East Lansing High School
• Nov. 23, 2009 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. Leslie High School
•Nov. 30, 2009 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. Williamston High School
Cost: FREE
The Health Department’s walk in clinic also has H1N1 vaccine for people in the priority groups. The clinic is open 9:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. and 1 p.m. – 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, except it is closed Thursday morning.
